WELCOME TO WILLOW HOUSE

I know you’ve heard this before, but seriously, now has NEVER been a better time to join Willow House! There are so many fabulous changes that will be coming in the coming months, but I want to share with you what will change immediately!

Phase 1: Effective August 4th (first day we can enter business as Willow House).

1. For JUST $99, you can OWN your own business!! Where else can you get a start up fee that low? For $99 you will get $500 in NEW Willow House products, Business Supplies to help you learn all about the company and to help you at your parties, access to one of the most innovative Work Stations out there to help you have a successful business, AND access to hundreds of beautiful home decor products that everyone will want to have in their homes! But hurry, this is only available for a limited time, after that the price goes up to $199!

2. We are now known as Design Consultants. Willow House has given us all the tools to become a design consultant. We are going to have an "Inspirational Guide" to give out to our clients. This helps them find their own personal style and design. They have also broken down the catalog into different color palettes. We will help them with the newest trends. And ALL the work is going to be done by Willow House. All we have to do is read it. FRESH, EASY, & FUN!!

2. Shipping and Handling: Shipping is going DOWN, DOWN, way down. Customers will now all pay 10% of their order total, that’s it! No more hefty shipping rates! AND for those ladies who live elsewhere and can’t attend or for catalog parties, the direct shipping fee is gone too! Now, if a customer needs their order shipped directly to them, they will simply pay 15% of their order total! YEAH!!!! For SUPER lower shipping costs!

• If you have your order shipped to the hostess, your s/h charge will be 10% of your retail value purchases, with a minimum s/h charge of $4.
• If you have your order shipped to yourself (or another address), your s/h charge will be 15% of your retail value purchases, with a minimum s/h charge of $7.
• This decrease in s/h will be subsidized with a $9.96 shipping/handling fee for the hostess.

example: You buy a $29.96 item and have the item shipped to the hostess: s/h = $4.00 (minimum charged even though 10% is $3)
You buy a $49.96 item and have the item shipped to your own home: s/h=$7.49 (15% of $49.96).

This is huge, as our hostesses can now invite their friends/family from all over the U.S. to order from their party and have it shipped directly to them!!!

3. Hosts and Customers now pick their own specials. With a $250 party, hosts can pick their own hostess special - any one item from the catalog - at a 70% discount!
Customers can pick their own customer special. When a customer has a minimum order of $39.96 (an increase of $10 over our original customer special requirement) , they can get any item in our catalog that is less than $40 at a 50% discount.

4. Our new Willow House consultant workstation will have an entire toolbox for us - including business cards, etc. that we can customize for our own use!

5. Success Start Program: Once you become a consultant and begin growing your team, Willow House wants to reward you with a Shopping Spree! That’s right, you will be able to pick items out of the catalog that YOU want for FREE!

6. TRAVEL INCENTIVE!!!! In years past, the company has hosted trips to Mexico and the Atlantis, this year it’s a Carnival Cruise to the Caribbean! What’s even better is you can begin earning points in August! That means if you sign up now, you will have from August to March to earn points and win a FREE trip — the same amount of time as everyone else in the company!

Travel to the Caribbean on a Carnival Destiny cruise ship in June 2011! Traveling to Grand Turk Island, a PRIVATE Island called Half Moon Cave, and to Nassau!! WOW! Qualification for this incentive will run August 4, 2010 – March 31, 2011. The cruise could be totally paid for by Willow House for you and a guest!! More details will be available in early August.


Phase 2: Begins October 1, 2010

1. e-Catalog and e-Outlet Shopping - now your customers don't have to wait for a party to order from you. They can go on your personal website and order from the catalog (e-Catalog) or retired items (e-Outlet) on an individual basis and you get your commission (25%) from those sales. WAHOO!!! People can order their own sale items...all year long.

2. You can create a Willow House Village/community - this site will have a section for Idea House (styling tips), Coffee House (where your customers can read blogs - including one from the Willow House design team!), and the e-Television network (where they can get great ideas via video on how to decorate, organize, entertain, etc.). Our customers, along with us, can submit videos and blogs and styling tips. Willow House will pick the best and put it on the Willow House Village/community.

3. You are going to be able to customize your own flyers depending on your party people. Create your OWN SALE FLYER depending on how that group may order. A very easy "drop picture" into an automated flyer on the workstation.


Phase 3: First Quarter (i.e. January?), 2011

Expand your business with e-Boutiques. Willow House is partnering with different companies that have beautiful high quality products. You will have your own account/membership that you can share with your customers/hostesses / friends/family. They will log into the e-Boutiques and shop. You get a part of the profits from their purchase(s). Our first partner will be for a Kitchen Store. Other stores are Made in America shop, Green (environmentally friendly) shop, Outdoor Living store. We get to pick which stores we want to open first. Also - your customers can decide which item will be on sale for that week - the more people vote for a certain item (if it wins), the LOWER the Sale Price!

Note - this section is really what we're trying to wrap our heads around! More details will come on this - but it really will help increase our income and business!

In addition to these phases:
1. We will, as of November 1, 2010, own our Willow House businesses. What this means is that we can "will" it to our children or sell it to another Willow House consultant once we choose to retire/leave Willow House.

2. There is going to be 8 distinct income streams: 4 from you and 4 from your team
A. PARTIES - Social Interaction and a "new" party experience. We are going to have "design" parties. Helping people find their own style!!
B. CATALOG - Have catalog parties, office parties, etc....
C. e-OUTLETS - Your website will have the outlet store
D. e-BOUTIQUES - Different boutiques on the website for clients to visit

This is just the beginning, TONS more will be coming in the next few months!
